If you follow this blog you would never think that I love hip hop, but hip hop was one of my first musical loves. I don't really post much on the blog because it isn't really the musical focus but every once in a while I find something that is special that I want to share with my friends. I was listening to this funky track that as it turns out is from a local producer in Guelph/Toronto, Ontario where I've spent a lot of time in my life. Elaquent's "Grimey and New" with a touch of Mayer Hawthorne is a real funky track which lead me to his SoundCloud page filled with some other great stuff.

From the other side of the Ocean I've got a couple Dubstep pieces from Sheffield . 5oh! put together one the best holiday tracks this Christmas season and is plugging away and have a couple new tracks.
